Postage
All items purchased are supplied in sealed packets or plastic boxes and we only charge £1.50 postage regradless of the size of your order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 48 hours, but hey sometimes it might take longer, please give it 4 days before contacting us.
Refunds
If you are not happy let us know and we will refund you assuming you have not used the product for weeks and have a good reason. We are a fair company and have a money back guarantee if your not happy.
Credit Card Payments
All credit and debit card payments are handled via paypal.co.uk an account is not required to use your card with us and you are protected under the paypal.co.uk seller agreement so you can buy with confidence.
Manual Payments
Yes we can accept cheque, we will dispatch goods once the funds have cleared, just choose the cheque payment method when you complete your order and print off the receipt and send with you cheque payable to S.MORRIS to the address shown.
