Postage
All items purchased are supplied in sealed packets or plastic boxes and we only charge £2.50 postage regradless of the size of your order.

Delivery
We aim to deliver within 48 hours, but hey sometimes it might take longer, please give it 4 days before contacting us.

Refunds
If you are not happy let us know and we will refund you assuming you have not used the product for weeks and have a good reason.  We are a fair company and have a money back guarantee if your not happy.

All credit and debit card payments are handled via paypal.co.uk an account is not required to use your card with us and you are protected under the paypal.co.uk seller agreement so you can buy with confidence.

Manual Payments
